Dr Mario Vinci
BSc (Chiropractic), B. Clinical Chiro
Principle Chiropractor
Hi, I’m Dr. Mario – the guy you’ll find adjusting spines, asking too many questions about your chair setup, and helping you get back to feeling like you again.
I’m a chiropractor who’s big on solving the real problem – not just patching things up. My approach is all about whole-body health. That means looking at how you move, how you feel, how you recover – and giving your body the support it needs to function at its best, now and in the long run.
After more than 10 years working across Australia, I’ve seen how many people are stuck in the cycle of pain and quick fixes. That’s not how we do things here. At Northbridge Chiropractic, we create personalised plans that go deep – helping you move better, feel better, and actually stay better.
Whether you’re here because of back pain, headaches, poor posture, or just feeling worn out from the daily grind, we’ll work together to get to the root cause and put a clear plan in place. And when the time’s right, we’ll shift the focus to building strength, balance, and resilience – so your body’s not just coping, it’s thriving.
Outside the adjusting room, I’m usually brainstorming better ways to serve our community, chatting to local businesses about workplace wellness, or figuring out how to squeeze a few more minutes into the day (still working on that one).
Come say hi – I’m here to help you take ownership of your health and get back to living the life you want, without being held back by your body.

Our
Methodology
The Northbridge Method
Get to the root cause. Support the body. Stay strong for life.
At Northbridge Chiropractic, we don’t do cookie-cutter care. We don’t believe in “quick fix” crack-and-go adjustments. And we don’t just chase symptoms.
We get to the root cause of what’s really going on — and help your body recover the way it’s meant to.
That’s why we created The Northbridge Method — a three-phase approach built around science, experience, and a bit of common sense.
1
Reset
Relieve pain. Improve movement. Calm the nervous system. This is where we start — and it’s what most people expect when they first come in. But there’s a difference in how we do it. Rather than chasing pain, we ask why your body is stuck in this state — and we help it shift out of “survival mode” so it can start healing. This phase includes: -Gentle, targeted adjustments to restore movement and reduce tension. -Postural scans and range of motion assessments. -Nervous system support (so you’re not just masking symptoms). -Advice on avoiding aggravating activities. -Exercises to reconnect brain and body. How long it lasts: Typically 2–6 weeks, depending on how long the problem has been there and how your body adapt.
2
Rebuild
Stabilise. Strengthen. Stop the backslide. Once you’re out of pain (or mostly there), the work really begins. This is the phase most people skip — and it’s why symptoms return later. Here, we retrain your body to hold those changes — to move well, support itself, and bounce back quicker. This phase includes: -Continued adjustments (less frequent but still important) -Postural retraining and core activation -Targeted rehab exercises for weak or overused areas -Lifestyle advice: sleep, stress, movement, and desk ergonomics Why it matters: This is where the real change happens. We’re not just “feeling better” — we’re making your body better. How long it lasts: 3–6 months, depending on biological and lifestyle factors.

Recharge
Keep your edge. Stay well. Live better, longer. Here’s where we shift into long-term performance and prevention. For most people, life is busy, stressful, and repetitive — whether that’s parenting, work, sport, or just existing in a tech-heavy world. Just like you service your car or visit the dentist, your spine and nervous system need regular check-ins too. This phase includes: -Ongoing chiropractic tune-ups (usually every 2–6 weeks) -Monitoring posture, movement, and nervous system function -Performance and wellness-focused strategies -Education to stay proactive, not reactive Our aim: To help you move better, feel better, and stay ahead of the breakdown — not wait for things to get bad again.
